去咗香檳tasting,試咗唔捨得買嘅Jacques Selosse Substance (~HK$2500),堅好飲, 好有陳年味又複雜(WA98)!仲有未有得買嘅Bollinger RD 2002(~HK$2700) (James Suckling 99), 真係好fruity, toasty & yeasty!仲有oysters 食! 好happy!😋
Went to champagne tasting & tried Jacques Selosse Substance (~HK$2500), it's awesome w vintage & complex notes (WA98). Also tried Bollinger RD 2002 (~HK$2700)(JS99), it's very fruity, toasty & yeasty! So happy to have oysters as snacks! 😋
